Orders for retailers and distributors, delivered the way they ask
Orders with many lines, deliveries by carton or on pallets, delivery notes and recipient labelling. From the same stock you use for your online store.
What a B2B order requires
An order for a store is not just a bigger online order. It has its own rules.
Many lines
Dozens of references, sizes and colours in one order, picked and checked line by line.
Documents
Priced or unpriced delivery note, packing list and your customer's PO reference.
Pallets
Closed cartons per reference or mixed, palletised and wrapped; weight and dimensions recorded.
Recipient requirements
Carton labels, load order or delivery slots: we apply each account’s rules.
Scheduled orders
Preparation planned with you around the dates your customers ask for.
Replenishment
Recurring orders to your stores or corners so they never run out of sizes.
Ecommerce and B2B from one stock
No splitting inventory across two warehouses or guessing how much to reserve per channel.
- A single inventory per SKU, size and colour.
- Channel reservations when you need them, e.g. for a distributor campaign.
- Configurable priorities: what ships first when stock is short.
- B2B orders from the Portal, via API or from your B2B store on Shopify or WooCommerce.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between B2B and B2C logistics?
B2C means many small orders for consumers; B2B means fewer orders with many lines and units, documents (delivery note, packing list), carton or pallet packing and recipient requirements. Picking, packing and transport all change.
Can you meet a key account's labelling requirements?
Yes, we apply the labelling, carton order and document rules you give us for each recipient. If the account requires electronic data interchange (EDI), tell us the case and we will explain how we handle it.
How do B2B orders reach you?
From ZENVU Portal, via the ZENVU Connect API or from your B2B store if it runs on Shopify or WooCommerce.
What transport do you use for pallets?
Parcel services for orders of a few cartons, and groupage or full loads for pallets. You can use your own carriers or the ones we propose.
How is a B2B order invoiced?
Per order or parcel prepared plus units, with packaging and palletising as separate items. Everything is itemised on the invoice.
