Frequently asked questions

Why don't you publish a fixed rate?

Because cost depends on your product and volume: a helmet takes the space of ten T-shirts and a 40-line B2B order is not a one-unit online order. We would rather give you a fixed rate for your case than a "from" price that never applies.

What will my rate include?

Receiving (per pallet or carton), storage (average daily occupancy), picking (per order and extra unit), packaging, returns, hourly custom services and shipping. Each with its unit price.

Is there a minimum term or setup fee?

We state it in writing in the proposal, along with all other conditions, before you sign anything.
