Privacy policy

2. What data we process
Only the data you send us through the pricing, demo and contact forms:
- Contact details: full name, company, email, telephone (optional) and website (optional).
- Business details you choose to share: product type, order volume, references, channels, countries, returns, storage and the message you write.
- Minimal technical data about the submission: date and time, browser (user agent) and an encrypted summary (hash) of your IP address, which we use to limit abusive submissions. We do not store your IP address in clear.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data. If you send us data about another person, you must have their permission.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles, and we do not take automated decisions.
4. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 12 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted.
- If you become a client: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for as long as legal obligations require (for example, commercial and tax obligations).
- Technical record used to limit submissions: 1 hour.
5. Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The providers we need in order to receive and answer your request process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Web hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, with data centres in Germany and Finland.
- Email: mail server (Mailcow) hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, and Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg) for sending emails through Amazon SES.
The data is hosted in the European Union. If Amazon Web Services were to access it from outside the European Economic Area, it would do so with the safeguards of its data processing agreement, based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@zenvu.eu, through the contact form or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the legal period of one month. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the forms include measures against automated submissions and requests are stored outside the public part of the server, with restricted access.
